Our barbell program, with Coach John, will help you by breaking down barbell movements in 6-8 week cycles. If you are completely new to the barbell we offer a 4-week Barbell Starter class.
If your child is 6-17 years old, and you think their thumbs are getting more of a workout playing video games and texting than their entire bodies need, then its time to schedule their first class. Our CrossFit Kids program is like no other.
To help you understand the power of nutrition in your quest to get healthier, we offer both 1-on-1 and group nutrition services.
Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. Programming will be specific to your current fitness level. Your coach will track your progress over the course of your sessions to ensure success.
