What do you enjoy most about being a member of CrossFit Middle Village?
James has come a very long way since he first started his fitness journey with us. He started by training with Coach Ag and incorporating outdoor fitness classes almost a year ago.
Stephanie has made so much progress in the 4 months that she has been a member of our kids program. We have seen her learn to do movements she was unable to do and improve her overall strength and coordination.
Jonathan is constantly looking to learn, and improve himself, inside of the gym and has fun while doing so.
Hungry for results is the best way to describe Elizebeth. From her first day in to present time , she continues to demonstrate the core values of Crossfit middle village.
Ava joined CrossFit Middle Village 6 months ago. She has made a great deal of progress from her first class to today.
After coming back from having a baby I saw Janine and was like wow!!! Look at her! I knew she upped her membership to unlimited and was shedding for her wedding.
