What do you enjoy most about being a member of The CircHIIT?
I enjoy the nice community as everyone here knows and respects everyone. It is more than just a neighborhood gym.
How/when did you get involved with The CircHIIT?
I was looking for a gym with HIIT classes about 6 months postpartum. I came in to tour Circhiit one day and Julia showed me around. I took a class a few weeks later, and joined after learning that my super fit neighbor was also a member of Circhiit.
How did you feel after your first workout at The CircHIIT?
It was tough especially being absent from the gym for a long time, but Circhiit workouts were made for everyone. We could all complete the same workout at our own pace.
What do you enjoy most about The CircHIIT?
The fun and challenging classes led by awesome coaches!
What is your favorite station and movement at The CircHIIT?
I like them all equally

What motivates you?
My family. I want to be with them forever, so staying active and healthy is super important to me.
What were your goals when you started this journey ?
I wanted to lose the baby weight as well as build strength to care for my newborn.
What are your goals for the upcoming year?
Continue to stay active and eat healthier meals.

You are stronger than you think. Just come to have some fun.
