Take your fitness to the next level, whether you are an elite athlete or trying to get off the couch for the first time, we are community that will support you, encourage you, and walk your fitness journey with you.

CrossFit
In its true definition, CrossFit is “CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in it’s practical, everyday life application definition, it’s hands-on fitness at it finest.
Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, fair warning, once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!

The CircHIIT
CircHIIT is a high-intensity interval training class that combines several modalities of strength and conditioning into 6 or 7 stations to form a complete circuit. The CircHIIT is a 55-60 minute, total-body workout.
7 STATIONS ARE: TRX, Bikes, Pull-up bars, Rowers, FitBench, Treadmills, and Wild Card (not in every class).
Programming is varied every day, with specialty classes like the CircHIIT Mixer and CircHIIT Breaker Day. Classes are capped at 12-16 people.

Private Training
Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions.
We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.

CrossFit Kids/Teens
Our kids program is awesome. Its ultimate goal is to make fitness – and specifically CrossFit – fun and safe for your children. The skills addressed expand to include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements and the time frame extends to accommodate the developing abilities of kids in grades K-6.

Nutrition
It is often said that your fitness level is 20% your activity and 80% the things you put in your mouth. And we don’t disagree. To help you really understand the power of nutrition in your quest to get healthier, we offer both 1-on-1 and Group Nutrition Services.

Barbell Club
Our Barbell Club is a highly specialized program designed for the improvement and advancement of specific movements like the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. The program is in 4-8 week cycles. We also offer a Barbell Starter Class for newbies excited to learn more about how to use the barbell.

Mommy & Me
Our mommy and me fitness program can be a fantastic way for moms to stay active while bonding with their babies and other moms. We created this program because we know how incredibly beneficial fitness can be for both moms and their children, mentally, physically and emotionally. Learn the reasons why:
