1. WHEN DID FITNESS BECOME A PART OF YOUR LIFE?

Probably around 11 or 12 years old. My Dad purchased a membership for me at the local YMCA ( which I was only able to go with him). Being obsessed with playing baseball and football I knew how important resistance training was and how it would improve my performance on the field

 

2. WHY ARE YOU IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY?

I’m passionate about helping others achieve goals that once were unattainable. Seeing an individual become healthier is priceless

1. WHEN DID FITNESS BECOME A PART OF YOUR LIFE?

I was always active as a kid. Swam all summer long from morning until night, biked and rollerskated everywhere...still do... better on my rollerblades than I am in heels

2. WHY ARE YOU IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY?

I LOVE it. I absolutely love how it makes me feel and how it makes others feel to be fit and live healthy lifestyles. It makes me extremely happy to see people of all ages hit their fitness goals and do things that they never imagined they could. It not only changes a person physically but it changes them mentally when they realize they can do anything they put their mind to

1. WHEN DID FITNESS BECOME A PART OF YOUR LIFE?

When my mom and dad started to bring me to the gym at around age three. That trend never stopped, I played basketball in college, and was always putting in the work, both on and off the court. This later translated into my military career, where I maxed out every PT test I had to take. Fitness is a way of life, it is an outlet for me its engraved in me

 

2. WHY ARE YOU IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY?

I decided a long time ago that I wanted to spread knowledge and help people aspire to achieve their fitness goals

Persistent, Methodical, Direct

 

4. WHEN YOU'RE NOT COACHING WHERE CAN WE FIND YOU AND WHAT ARE YOU DOING?

Since I train about 3 hours a day, 6 days a week, you can find me either at the gym or home just relaxing and recovering

I have an extremely good eye at making memes of people in compromising positions

When I was 17 years old my mom signed me and my sister up to Lucille Roberts.

I was born in Krakow, Poland. I moved here when I was 5 years old

I got into fitness during college, but guess you can say it has always been a part of my life. Since I could walk I have played multiple sports

2.) WHY ARE YOU IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY?

To help others improve their lives both physically and mentally. Anddddd it helps keep off all the pints of ice cream I can practically inhale.

I am an EMT and local volunteer for RVAC. I also LOVE dogs, and if I had a farm, it would be full of them

Fitness became a part of my life in Middle School. I wasn't great at basketball but I found myself very competative at practice

I'm in the fitness industry because itssuper rewarding. I enjoy being challenged and helping others breakthrough barriers both emotionally and physically

In a coffeee shop talking with friends I've made...enjoying my favorite cup of coffee and probably eating a banana nut muffin

I fell off a jungle gym and bit off half my tongue in the first grade. Thank God for good surgeons

1. WHEN DID FITNESS BECOME A PART OF YOUR LIFE?

Fitness has always been a big part of my life growing up as an athlete. I played many sports from a young age but I never fully understood the importance of functional fitness training and how it improves your athletic capabilities.When high school ended, I also stopped playing sports. I felt like a part of me was missing so when I was 17 decided to join a gym. I quickly became addicted to running and powerlifting

2. WHY ARE YOU IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY?

Knowing that fitness has changed me for the better, I wanted to help others reach their goals as well so that they may lead healthier lives

When I’m not training myself or others, you can find me hanging out with family and friends, eating icecream, coaching soccer, teaching Phys. Ed., and watching my favorite sports teams

I can do a really good Shakira impersonation that includes vocals and the belly roll

1.) WHEN DID FITNESS BECOME A PART OF YOUR LIFE?

Fitness has always been a part of my life. From an early age I remember my father being a fantastic baseball player and always working out. Those are attributes he helped to instill in me. I played various sports as a young child and later became serious athlete. At the age of 12, I played travel baseball and hockey, which continued through high school. It was in high school that I really learned and understood the importance of fitness. I worked out at the school gym and diligently practiced everyday to become a better athlete. Because of those experiences and what I learned, I went on to play Division 1 baseball in college. 

2.) WHY ARE YOU IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY?

Besides being a NYC Firefighter, fitness is another one of my passions.  I work in this industry to share that passion with others. I want to help people of all ages achieve their fitness and personal life goals. There’s no better feeling then supporting others during their journey. 

3.) NAME 3 ADJECTIVES THAT DESCRIBE YOU.

My three adjectives are: humble, trustworthy, and supportive. 

4.) WHEN YOU'RE NOT COACHING WHERE CAN WE FIND YOU AND WHAT ARE YOU DOING?

When I’m not at the gym, I’m spending time with my wife and son going on NYC adventures, which usually includes donuts. Or I’m at the firehouse.

5.) TELL US SOMETHING ABOUT YOU THAT MOST PEOPLE DON'T ALREADY KNOW.

I love romantic comedies. I am also extremely crafty and have really good handwriting.
