"Since Day 1 Jane walks in with a smile and positive "I got this" attitude. She smiles when it gets hard and pushes through. Give her the right beat and its over....she goes from running a 5 on the treadmill to 8 (something she surprises herself with...but not me). She has a fire in her fiercely ready to burn through any challenge you give her. She's a hard working, dedicated mother with a beautiful soul that you can recognize the moment you speak to her. When I think of my 9:15 crew she has been such an amazing addition to our "POSITIVE VIBE TRIBE." When she is not there, we notice and we miss her. Jane I am so proud of you and all the challenges you have conquered in class. Thanks for all the hugs and words of appreciation for the workout even when you guys are all still trying to catch your breath and get off the floor at the end of class.Keep killin it girl, I really can not wait to see you continue to crush new goals you set for yourself. (or maybe ones I silently set...j/k I can't do that silently! ;) ) Congrats on being our athlete of the month! Well deserved! -Coach Julia

What do you enjoy most about being a member of The CircHIIT?

I get to work out with this wonderful community who root for each other, excellent coaches who are in your corner eager to see you grow and succeed, and a bomb playlist on top of that! Are you kidding me? What a privilege!! 

How/when did you get involved with The CircHIIT?

My friend told me he started Crossfit in the city and loved it - I looked it up around my neighborhood and here I am! 

How did you feel after your first workout at The CircHIIT? 

I was so busy catching my breath. It was very challenging but I couldn’t remember the last time I felt this alive! I knew I had to come back. 

What do you enjoy most about The CircHIIT? 

  1. When I push myself and do something I didn’t know I could do. 
  2. The feeling after I complete the last set of the class. 
  3. I love a little friendly competition - whether it’s with myself or with my partner. 

What is your favorite station and movement at The CircHIIT?

BOX JUMPS, KETTLEBELL SWINGS

What is your least favorite stations/ movement at The CircHIIT?

PUSH UPS, TRX MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

What motivates you? 

Ever since I started coming to CircHIIT, the quality of my life has been elevated: my husband and my kids - they support me and are rooting for me;  I can tell my body loves it and approves; I feel so much stronger and confident navigating life. 

What were your goals when you started this journey?

  1. To be pain free - to not be in pain waking up everyday
  2. Longevity - to be able to enjoy extreme sports with my future grandkids 

What are your goals for the upcoming year?

Continue learning, growing, and staying consistent.

Welcome to the best community in the area! Keep putting in the work, slow and steady. You are stronger than you realize. Your mind is powerful. Your body will thank you.
