WARM-UP

:30 Jog or walk in place with high knees

10 Kang Squats

10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (with DB or KB)

10 Scapula Push-ups (from the forearm plank position)

 

WOD

24 MIN EMOM

Min 1: 16 Alt DB or KB Snatch (if you don’t have a DB or KB perform 16 backpack sumo deadlift high pulls.  Load your backpack with weighted objects like books or water bottles.)

Min 2: :30 Sec Decline High Plank Hold (feet on chair or couch)

Min 3: 16 Alt OH Reverse Lunges (DB / KB OH can use water bottle) 

Min 4: 32 Mountain Climbers
