WOD 

6 min AMRAP

1 reverse burpee

1 air squat

1 press

2 of each movement, then 3 – keep adding 1 rep for 6 mins.

Game – Easter Egg Hunt

Teens – 4 rounds of the warmup

Skill – Strict Press (5 sets of 8)

WOD – 10 min AMRAP start with 2,4,6,8,10 etc. of reverse burpee, air squat, strict press
