WOD: Kids for time -

12 Pillow Slams

14 Jumping Jacks

18 Press up the sky

20 Angry Gorillas

18 Press up the sky

10 Lunges

 

Teens: Double the number of reps for time.

 

Equipment: Backpack, small chair or something low enough to sit on, 1 pillow, 2 dumbbells or cans/water bottles
