What do you enjoy most about being a member of CFMV?
I enjoy the community of people who surround me when I work out.
What do you enjoy most about CF?
I enjoy the feeling when you have finished your workout and you feel you have accomplished something.
When did you start CF?
I started 2 years ago.
What was your first CF workout?How did you feel after?
I cannot remember my first Crossfit workout but I remember the feeling after. When I was done with the workout I did not want to go back to Crossfit. Even though I felt this way I still went every week and now I love it.
What is your favorite movement?
I like deadlifts. Though it may look easy when you get to heavier and heavier weights you truly challenge yourself.
What is your favorite game?
I love when we play dodgeball to warm up or cool down after a workout. It is the perfect mix of fun and exercise.
How has CF changed you?
Crossfit made me more discipled, and stronger.
What were your goals when you started?
My goals when I started were to get stronger and lose weight.
What are your goals for this year?
My goals have not changed, I just set the standard even higher.
