"When Alex began his fitness journey in December he was open to anything that was thrown at him and he quickly befriended anyone he met during his workouts, especially the Saturday morning partner workouts. He was diligent in learning new movements and often spent extra time after class asking questions about exercises and options for his diet. Fast forward to today he has lost a total of 12 pounds, gained strength and visibly fell in love with his new found passion. Continuing to grow each and every class." - Coach Antony 

What do you enjoy most about being a member of The CircHIIT? What I personally enjoy the most about being a member of CircHit is the flexibility to have the options to select training classes that fit into my personal schedule.

How/when did you get involved with The CircHIIT? I heard about CrossFit through a Uber passenger that I pickup over the summer who spoke highly about benefits of mind and body through training on CrossFit. I been training CircHit consistently for about three months now. 

How did you feel after your first workout at The CircHIIT? I was trembling, nervous, felt like I was gonna pass out and so I second guess myself ‘what was I thinking’ SMH, then Ligia recommended I stick with CircHIT until I build stamina and conditioning to transition towards CrossFit. 

What do you enjoy most about The CircHIIT? There’s several things I enjoy most about CirctHIT it’s definitely a manageable workout, the combination of strength body weight and cardio, the fact that the workouts are so different every time I take a training and lastly that I can bust a dance move when a song I know and like comes on the playlist makes it so much more fun for me. 

What is your favorite station and movement at The CircHIIT? My favorite stations are TRX and the rower squats and any workout that uses a kettle bell.

What is your least favorite stations/ movement at The CircHIIT? I so dread the treadmill I haven’t been able to get fully comfortable with the machine yet. Oh any Burpes I call it the go home workout lol. 

What motivates you? Having a balanced energy levels. What do I mean not feeling tired, sluggish and exhausted all the time 

How has The CircHIIT changed you? CircHiIt has improved my energy levels and has allowed me to gain my focus back.   

What were your goals when you started this journey ? Physically fit Lifestyle without losing any weight SMH

What are your goals for the upcoming year? Physically fit Lifestyle I don’t wanna bulk or bodybuilding maybe lean physique 

Do you have any advice for new members? Yes try it challenge yourself with both your mind and body. Definitely feeling the benefits.
