What do you enjoy most about being a member of The CircHIIT?
All the coaches are so great. I was so nervous for my first class but they make you feel very comfortable and they take the time to help you if you need it. If you can't do a movement they find something else for you so you can still get the full effect of the workout.
How/when did you get involved with The CircHIIT?
My two best friends started before me and they convinced me to give it a try. We love to talk about the workout and what our strategy was for tackling the stations.
How did you feel after your first workout at The CircHIIT?
TIRED!! The first workout really kicked my butt, but I am glad I stuck with it.
What do you enjoy most about The CircHIIT?
I love that you never know what you are going to get for a workout. It is always a surprise which keeps it fun and interesting.
What is your favorite station and movement at The CircHIIT?
What is your least favorite stations/ movement at The CircHIIT?
The treadmill and I are not friends! I am really bad at running.
What motivates you?
Progress motivates me to keep going. I feel accomplished after a workout and it makes me want to keep working harder.
How has The CircHIIT changed you?
It has made me become more consistent. I do not usually stick with workouts for very long but this is the longest for me and I am really enjoying it.
What were your goals when you started this journey?
To be more active and have a healthier lifestyle.
What are your goals for the upcoming year?
I want to work on my upper body strength and be able to do a pull up.
