PAOLA

"Congrats Paola! You little dancing bunny. Its always fun having you in class because I can always count on you to give that big smile and bust move during the rest time of course. Your positive energy flows through the room. You have come such a long way since you started with us and I can not wait to see you continue to hit some PR's, crush your workouts and do a little dance when that beat drops. How you never look tired is beyond me! But I love it!!! Keep up the awesome energy and I am sure all good things will come your way!" -Coach Julia

What do you enjoy most about being a member of The CircHIIT?

Exercise makes me happy. It makes me feel confident. It makes me feel that absolutely anything is possible as long as I set my mind to it. It gives me energy, it calms my mind, and it's almost meditative in a sense.

How/when did you get involved with The CircHIIT?

One of my friends brought me to try the first class and I like it. It was very convenient and close to my house. But above all I liked that they were structured classes.

How did you feel after your first workout at The CircHIIT?

I feel spectacular. My mind and body felt free and full of energy. Ready for the next class.

What do you enjoy most about The CircHIIT?

We are a community where we can find good friends and push each other to become the best that we can.

What is your favorite station and movement at The CircHIIT?

I love treadmills and burpees. I have always liked running and jumping.

What is your least favorite stations/ movement at The CircHIIT?

I am not such a fan of the rowers.

What motivates you?

Have energy to be able to play with my son and feel alive and full of joy to smile every morning. Seeing myself active and feeling that my body pleases me every day.

What were your goals when you started this journey ?

Find a place where I can connect with more people.

What are your goals for the upcoming year?

Become strong and persistent with my daily routine.

Do you have any advice for new members?

Developing physical qualities takes time, so be patient in our training. Sit down and be honest with yourself and what you can do. You need to trust a process, a coach will help with this. Don't worry about what other people are doing at the gym, how strong they are, how big they are, It's about You !.
