Chasity has been a member for a little over 7 months. She comes in with a positive attitude in every class. She is always hungry to learn more and even asks coaches for homework. She is very coachable and eager to take on every workout. We love her consistency when it comes to workouts, her consistent bubbly smile and welcoming personality. 

What do you enjoy most about being a member of The CircHIIT?

The coaches!!! They always believe in you and push you when they know you can give more. 

How/when did you get involved with The CircHIIT?

About 7 months ago

How did you feel after your first workout at The CircHIIT? 

Amazed that i survived…Super accomplished…and a bit tired lol. I loved how it incorporated running,biking,and rowing. And oh my gosh the good music Playlist!!My first workout was hard but I didn’t give up.

What do you enjoy most about The CircHIIT? 

The fabulous coaches #1 , the atmosphere, the music, and the dedicated members that cheer ya on. 

What is your favorite station and movement at The CircHIIT?

Hmm…. I think I love all the weighted stuff. Snatches seem to work well with me.

What is your least favorite stations/ movement at The CircHIIT?

Ahhh…wall balls!!

What motivates you?

Once again the coaches… the posts on social media…and just seeing my progress in such little time. 

How has The CircHIIT changed you?

I now wake up at 4:30 am people just to make sure I have some fun before work…well during school months. Something I never did before . 

What were your goals when you started this journey ?

To have more energy…and to loose 10 lbs…(and I am at my goal weight now)

What are your goals for the upcoming year?

Tone …tone …tone ….and stay dedicated
