"Yaofei has been a member of ours for almost a year. She has come so incredibly far since her first week with us! We have watched as she walks over to pick up heavier dumbbells than what she was comfortable with when she first started. What do you enjoy most about being a member of The CircHIIT?

The most I enjoy about being a member of the CircHIIT is the encouragement from the coaches that I could be stronger.

How/when did you get involved with The CircHIIT?

I started CircHIIT October 2022 referred by my coworker.

How did you feel after your first workout at The CircHIIT? 

After my first workout, I felt CircHIIT is more intense than exercises that I used to do pre-COVID.

What do you enjoy most about The CircHIIT? 

The most I enjoy about the CircHIIT is the perfect mix of the cardiovascular and strength activities.

What is your favorite station and movement at The CircHIIT?

My favorite movement is banded bicycles, which I had strongly broken 2 bands in one session.

What is your least favorite stations/ movement at The CircHIIT?

My least favorite station is rower, which is my weakness, but I have been improving continuously.

What motivates you?

To keep in a good shape and be healthy are the primary drivers motivate me. Hard commitment from other members is also influencing me a lot!

What were your goals when you started this journey ?

My goal when I started this journey was to lose weight which I gained during COVID years. I have been seeing a continuous progress on weight loss since then.

What are your goals for the upcoming year?

My goals for the upcoming year is to be more fit and strong, so that I could back-fit into all my beautiful dresses bought before COVID!

Make up your mind, challenge yourself and enjoy the sweaty!
