What do you enjoy most about being a member of The CircHIIT?

What I enjoy most about being a member of The CircHIIT is the combination of challenging workouts and a supportive community. The diverse range of exercises keeps each session stimulating and enjoyable, while the encouragement from coaches and fellow members keeps me motivated. The sense of achievement and camaraderie makes each workout both fulfilling and gratifying.

How/when did you get involved with The CircHIIT?

I joined The CircHIIT several months ago while searching for a new fitness challenge. I wanted a program that would push me beyond my usual routine and offer a fresh perspective on fitness. The CircHIIT’s focus on high-intensity interval training and its dynamic workouts immediately appealed to me, so I decided to give it a try. Since then, it’s been an amazing journey of growth and improvement.

How did you feel after your first workout at The CircHIIT? 

After my first workout, I felt exhausted but exhilarated. It was intense, but I loved the feeling of pushing my limits and knowing I had completed a tough session.

What do you enjoy most about The CircHIIT? 

I love the variety of routines that keep the workouts fresh and exciting. Each session is fun and rewarding, helping me reach my fitness goals and improve my overall health.

What is your favorite station and movement at The CircHIIT?

My favorite station is the rowing machine because it provides a great full-body workout that combines cardio and strength training. My favorite movement is the kettlebell swing for its effectiveness in building strength and endurance.

What is your least favorite stations/ movement at The CircHIIT?

I don't have a least favorite station or movement at The CircHIIT. Each one offers its own unique challenge and contributes to a well-rounded workout.

What motivates you?

I'm motivated by the progress I've made and the energy I feel after each workout. Seeing improvements in my strength and endurance keeps me going.

What were your goals when you started this journey?

When I started this journey, my goals were to improve my overall fitness and boost my energy levels. I wanted to enhance my physical strength and establish a regular workout routine to keep myself active and motivated every day.

What are your goals for the upcoming year?

For the upcoming year, I plan to further enhance my endurance and strength. I’m also setting a goal to participate in a fitness event or competition to push my limits and test my progress.

Do you have any advice for new members?

My advice for new members is to stay consistent and embrace the journey. The workouts may be challenging, but the results are definitely worth the effort. Don’t hesitate to seek help and take full advantage of the supportive community and coaches.
