What do you enjoy most about being a member of The CircHIIT?

The cardio aspect that translates into CrossFit as well as the awesome community.

How/when did you get involved with The CircHIIT?

Through mutual friends that were there first. They told me it was different and that I had to try it. I did and haven’t looked back since.

How did you feel after your first workout at The CircHIIT?

I have been doing CrossFit for a bit before I tried CircHIIT and even then I was still extremely fatigued.

What do you enjoy most about The CircHIIT? 

The cardio portions that help elevate my stamina.

What is your favorite station and movement at The CircHIIT?

I love the rower as far as movements I would have to say the dolly crunches.

What is your least favorite stations/ movement at The CircHIIT?

Treadmill is my most hated and as far as movements it would have to be the TRX.

What motivates you?

I would have to say myself as for I strive to be better than the previous day.

How has The CircHIIT changed you?

It makes me want to to be better with all the cardio stations.

What were your goals when you started this journey ?

To make my running better because I hate it running.

What are your goals for the upcoming year?

I want to do well in the CrossFit open.

Do you have any advice for new members?

Don’t worry about what everyone else is doing. We were all beginners at some point. Consistency is key!!
