"Tia joined back in 2020. I will never forget the first phone call and the call after the pandemic. When she was ready to start, she brought the heat. She had goals and nothing was going to stop her from accomplishing them. Her family saw the amazing changes in her, which her dedication and commitment to getting in and getting her workouts done brought on, that she literally motivated them all to make changes to their lives. 3 of her family members joined months later. When you can motivate and inspire others to become better versions of themselves, you are a rockstar in my book and you have soooooo much to be proud of. What do you enjoy most about being a member of The CircHIIT? 

I enjoy the positive vibes above all at this gym. This space of no judgment and just getting to put in the work to improve my health and physical ability has been so wonderful. 

How/when did you get involved with The CircHIIT?

I actually joined back in 2020, but after the pandemic I’ve been consistent again for a solid year. 

How did you feel after your first workout at The CircHIIT? 

Like I finally got a real workout that challenged me and pushed me to come again. 

What do you enjoy most about The CircHIIT?

It is never boring always a great new workout no boring days and always Great people around. 

What is your favorite station and movement at The CircHIIT? I love it all but the part I enjoy most is weights. They always push you to do more. 

What is your least favorite stations/ movement at The CircHIIT? The treadmill …… it still feels strange to be walking aimlessly lol

What motivates you? The chick in the mirror and the inspirational and cool coaches 

What were your goals when you started this journey ? I just wanted back the best version of me. Healthy and fit 

What are your goals for the upcoming year? Sculpt and cut! The shows not over baby we are just getting started 

Do you have any advice for new members?

Never give up on yourself. Your body is everything. It’s the thing that holds it all up. Your confidence, youR mental health, and your physical health of course. The CircHIIT will help you reach those goals. One power hour of me time at the CircHIIT will help you flourish in all of those areas :)
