"Jill has been one of the most consistent members thats I have had the pleasure of working with. She has been there since I started coaching at Circhitt. She often befreinds other members quickly and always offers a hand to help new members. Her tenacity to work hard regardless of any limitations is inspiring. -Coach Antony

What do you enjoy most about being a member of The CircHIIT?

All of the coaches are engaging, energetic, and very caring. They truly take the time to know you. My fellow-class mates are encouraging and supportive.

How/when did you get involved with The CircHIIT? 

I had noticed the grand opening sign when out and about one weekend and had it in the back of my mind to find out what The Circhitt it was all about.  I finally had some time to do so several months later and have been a member ever since.

How did you feel after your first workout at The CircHIIT? 

Tired but extremely energized.  The endorphin rush had me hooked!

What do you enjoy most about The CircHIIT? 

The smaller, more intimate, and community-centered approach. It truly is like a family!

What is your favorite station and movement at The CircHIIT?

Definitely the treadmill and squats.  Planks are fun, too!

What is your least favorite stations/ movement at The CircHIIT?

Anything and everything involving the upper body.  My upper body strength is a work in progress but I'm getting there!

What motivates you?

My family.  They are my everything and motivate me to do better, work harder and to never give up.

What were your goals when you started this journey?

To improve my health and be the best version of myself that I can be.

What are your goals for the upcoming year?

To continue to be consistent in my work-outs and improve my upper body strength.

Do you have any advice for new members?

Just be consistent and push through. You have a wonderful and supportive community behind you who truly care about you as an individual and will assist you in reaching your fitness goals.
