"For the last couple of months I have watched Jennifer grow as an athlete, set new goals for herself and constantly strive to achieve them. She started her journey with us looking for a challenging workout, one that would kick her butt the way her trainer used to. She jumped into her first CircHIIT workout on 9/11. To honor all those who died on 9/11 and remember the day, we take on a very challenging workout, one in which she crushed and left sweaty, smiling and ready for more. She always walks in with a smile on her face and I love to watch how she finds support and provides support to help get through the workout... very fun conversation starters ?? I can’t wait to see how many goals she will crush in 2022!"

What do you enjoy most about being a member of The CircHIIT?

There are many positives about being a member of The CircHiIT, but to highlight a few I would say the camaraderie, program set up,  and various class times are at the top of the list.

How/when did you get involved with The CircHIIT?

I joined the CircHIIT in September 2021.

How did you feel after your first workout at The CircHIIT?

I felt like I wanted more! It was an exhilarating workout, and I have a great feeling after every class that remains with me the entire day.

What do you enjoy most about The CircHIIT?

The CircHiiT combines strength and cardio. The former I favor, and the latter I do not.  So,  this program combines the exercises in a way that delivers the total body workout that I am looking for with the perfect blend of the two.

What is your favorite station and movement at The CircHIIT?

I love the TRX station, and my favorite movement is side to side crunches.

What are your least favorite stations/ movements at The CircHIIT?

I have a love/hate (mostly hate) relationship with the bike.

What motivates you?

I want to still be active at 80 years old, so that motivates me to challenge myself everyday.

How has The CircHIIT changed you?

The CircHIIT has encouraged me to keep challenging myself, my fitness level, and my overall understanding of nutrition and fitness.

What were your goals when you started this journey ?

At first,  I just wanted to make it through the workout without needing to pause. I quickly acclimated and focused on honing my form while adding strength.

What are your goals for the upcoming year?

I will continue with The CircHiit and have added the CrossFit training to my routine, which provides me with the right balance.

Do you have any advice for new members?

My advice for new members would be to not shy away from workouts.  You will surprise yourself, and whatever you need help with, the coaches are very involved so you will not go at it alone.
