What do you enjoy most about being a member of The CircHIIT?
I love the community and the coaches are amazing!! The classes are a mix of high intensity and weights, you always get an amazing workout.
How/when did you get involved with The CircHIIT?
I have been with the gym for about 4 years. I do a combination of Crossfit and CircHIIT. Both programs are great.
How did you feel after your first workout at The CircHIIT?
My first workout was intense. Each class is great. Saturday is my favorite, partner workout is always a killer.
What do you enjoy most about The CircHIIT?
The fact that each workout is intense and I feel great and accomplished when I am done.
What motivates you?
I want to be healthy, fit and strong for my family.
What are your goals for the upcoming year?
To get more toned.
