What do you enjoy most about being a member of The CircHIIT?

I love the camaraderie in the community, they are friendly as well as the coaches, they are all very nice.

How/when did you get involved with The CircHIIT?

I started in the year 2021 but I was going irregularly because of the schedules, in 2022 I was already set a schedule at work and I saw that Circhiit had class schedules from 5am and I said to myself it is now to start with my new lifestyle.

How did you feel after your first workout at The CircHIIT? 

The first day I felt exhausted, but at the same time very happy, I felt that I still had strength and desire to return to what I have always liked, when I was single and lived in Ecuador I trained every day, I did steps classes, dance therapy, I had 4 years of not having done physical activity, I always left the training for second option because I had to attend to my family, children, work, etc..

My first workout was hard but I didn’t give up.

That's right, I didn't give up, I did it for myself, for my health, to be an example for my children, to let them know with facts that sport is a discipline and perseverance.

What do you enjoy most about The CircHIIT? 

I love all the classes, especially Monday and Tuesday, on Monday because it starts the week and activates me and on Tuesday I love TABATA, I love the rounds, I put all my effort and I know I'm getting it.

What is your favorite station and movement at The CircHIIT?

I like Fitbench, especially when I do skull crushers and treadmill. 

What is your least favorite stations/ movement at The CircHIIT?

I don't like Rowers, not at all, hahaha, but I do my best when I get that station.

What motivates you?

That at 44 years old I can show off a healthy and toned body hahaha, my biggest motivation are my children, I want them to be aware that the circhiit and crossfit is an incredible sport, is discipline, perseverance, and never give up, it applies to everything in life. 

How has The CircHIIT changed you?

Wow, since I've been training in the 5am classes, I've made a habit of getting up very early so I can get ready and go to class, even when I don't go my body feels off all day.

What were your goals when you started this journey ?

my real goals when I enrolled in CIRCHIIT, first to lose weight and second to make friends, because they also motivate me to improve every day

What are your goals for the upcoming year?

Have an excellent physical condition and go to crossfit training

Do you have any advice for new members?

That they are encouraged to train at THE CIRCHIIT, it is never too late to be able to exercise your body, because the instructors and members are very nice people, they encourage you to strive so that you do better every day.
