What do you enjoy most about being a member of The CircHIIT?
What a great place for me, being a member of The CircHIIT has strengthened me in different ways not only physically but also emotionally.
How and when did you get involved with The CircHIIT?
About 10 months ago, I entered the place out of curiosity ? and I liked the atmosphere

Fascinated, I loved the way the coach assists you at each station

I enjoy being on the move, and that nice feeling after every workout.

The TRX station and movement the squats.

What motivates you?
Being happy with myself, feeling like I'm doing something good for my health and I also keep losing weight.
How has The CircHIIT changed you?
It has changed a lot in my daily life, I have more energy & flexibility

Keep getting better at each station of The CircHIIT and continue to be consistent.
Do you have any advice for new members?
That they already took the first step, which is the most difficult part. Don't give up, at first it's hard to get through but with perseverance you will love the workouts.
