She fills up the room with smiles when she walks in and I admire how she gives every workout everything she’s got in the tank. What do you enjoy most about being a member of The CircHIIT?

The coaches and members are so supportive and motivating, it’s unlike any other gym I’ve ever been to. I learn something new every time and it feels great to be a part of a community that notices your achievements whether they’re big or small.

How/when did you get involved with The CircHIIT?

I started out personal training with Juliana and she convinced me to try CircHIIT and I haven’t looked back since!

How did you feel after your first workout at The CircHIIT? 

I almost fainted! I hadn’t worked out that intensely in probably over two years but it felt awesome.

What do you enjoy most about The CircHIIT? 

The variety of workouts in one class. I never get bored.

What is your least favorite stations/ movement at The CircHIIT?

Anything that involves the TRX but that’s probably because I currently have zero core strength and it hurts.

What motivates you?

The people around me! I look around CFMV and think, “I want to be able to do that!”

How has The CircHIIT changed you?

It’s inspired me to get back into shape and reminded me how much I used to love working out pre-pandemic.

What were your goals when you started this journey ?

Primarily weight loss, but now I just want to be stronger.

What are your goals for the upcoming year?

I would love to work my way up to pull ups and full on wall walks.

Do you have any advice for new members?

You may faint or throw up your first time like me but don’t let it deter you.
