
BETTY YACAR
I remember Betty from when I was a member at another gym over 15 years ago! We used to take an intense cardio kickboxing class together, so when she walked in to check us out, I knew it was meant to be. She kicked butt then and she does so now. Betty is no spring chicken anymore however she is stronger , more conditioned, moves better and more determined than some 20 year old I know! Betty we love having you as a member and we can not wait to see you continue to accomplish all of your fitness goals!

I really enjoy the motivating environment.
How/when did you get involved with The CircHIIT?
April 2021
How did you feel after your first workout at The CircHIIT?
I felt great and thought to myself, “I need this in my life and want to come EVERYDAY.”
What do you enjoy most about The CircHIIT?
I like the idea fast 5-7 mins per station, the music, the vibe. The class goes so fast!

Treadmill
What motivates you?
Great music and great people.
How has The CircHIIT changed you?
I feel stronger, faster and I lost weight. I feel great!
What were your goals when you started this journey?
To stay in shape.
What are your goals for the upcoming year?
To stay consistent and make sure I attend atleast 4-5 times a week.
Do you have any advice for new members?
Don’t be scared. Just do it! Your future self will thank you.
