DANIELLE RYBICKI

"Danielle has been a member of ours since October of 2020. After having her second child she has been on a mission. She maybe quiet but her work ethic when it comes to getting the workout  done is loud and clear. She is unstoppable. She pushes herself and always welcomes a coach's correction or extra push. I love having her in class because I know she will attack the workout with a mindset that would never allow defeat. Keep it up Danielle!!! You're a Fitmom who I know is an amazing role model for your kiddos!"  -Coach Julia 

What do you enjoy most about being a member of The CircHIIT? I love being in a class setting. The coaches for every class are amazing! I also love the fact all of the workouts are different. I never feel like I'm doing a workout that I've done before. 

How/when did you get involved with The CircHIIT? I originally joined the circhiit to get back in shape after having my daughter in 2020. A friend of mine encouraged me to join and I'm so happy I did. I then rejoined a few months ago after having my son.

How did you feel after your first workout at The CircHIIT? After my first class back I honestly felt defeated. I was nowhere near where I was before I had my son. I remember Antony reassuring me that I'll get back to where I was and encouraging me to keep pushing. I am very thankful for him, Ligia, and all of the coaches that have helped me along the way.

What do you enjoy most about The CircHIIT? I love the fact that every class is different. I feel like every time I come it is something new and it makes me love doing it.

What is your favorite station and movement at The CircHIIT? I would have to say the rower. The coaches have helped me really improve my technique and I feel great doing it.

What is your least favorite stations/ movement at The CircHIIT? I would have to say the treadmill. It's just something I've never enjoyed but I have definitely improved thanks to the coaches and other members who have pushed me.

What motivates you? First and foremost my family. I want to be the best version of myself for them. While at the gym the coaches and other members motivate me to push my hardest in every workout. I am very competitive and they push that side of me to come out.

How has The CircHIIT changed you? The circhiit has of course made me stronger, but it has also made me much more confident. In addition, it has reminded me of the importance of finding time to focus only on me.

What were your goals when you started this journey ? My original goals were to get back in shape after having my babies. I am even stronger now than I was before that time.

What are your goals for the upcoming year? I want to continue to be consistent and push myself to get stronger with every workout.

Do you have any advice for new members? My advice would be to be proud of yourself for starting and to keep pushing yourself. The workouts are meant to be challenging but if you keep working hard and stay consistent you will get the results you want.
