AMANDA HARDART

"Amanda has been a member of ours for just about 2 years. I have watched her get stronger and although she has always been a very fast runner, she has gotten faster and more proficient with just about every movement. She is determined and doesn't really let anything slow her down. She welcomes the push and although she maybe more on the quiet side, you know she's there putting in the work and motivating those around her to work harder. Love having her in class. Keep crushing your workouts Amanda! Can't wait to see you get those pull-ups!!"

What do you enjoy most about being a member of The CircHIIT? 

I enjoy the different workouts and the coaches and members who are very encouraging and motivated!

How/when did you get involved with The CircHIIT?

My brother introduced me to the CircHIIT in December 2019. I joined as a member after the first few classes!

How did you feel after your first workout at The CircHIIT? 

I felt exhausted after my first workout at the CircHIIT, but also accomplished. I remember my first workout was a TABATA style workout. I really enjoyed learning new movements and pushing myself. 

What do you enjoy most about The CircHIIT? 

I enjoy that every workout is different and it is never boring. I had never lifted weights prior to joining the CircHIIT and liked learning new ways to workout. The coaches always explain how to do the exercise correctly. 

What is your favorite station and movement at The CircHIIT?

My favorite station is the treadmill and TRX. 

What is your least favorite stations/ movement at The CircHIIT?

My least favorite station is the pull up bars and pull ups. 

What motivates you?

I am motivated by the coaches, members, music and the CircHIIT class! 

How has The CircHIIT changed you?

The CircHIIT has made me a stronger person who enjoys going to the gym. 

What were your goals when you started this journey ?

My goals were to learn more about how to workout and specifically strength training. 

What are your goals for the upcoming year?

My goal is to become stronger and improve at pull ups. 

Do you have any advice for new members?

Don’t be afraid to try something new! The CircHIIT is a great workout that is always challenging and fun!
