KIM FLORES

"Kim Flores has been a member of ours since March. Kim is the girl in the room who will always work hard. She has an incredible workout ethic. She accepts new challenges and welcomes when coaches give her feedback. Being a mom, working full time and a student can be exhausting, however Kim walks in with a smile and ready to go attitude every time. She is a pleasure to have in class and we are very lucky to have her as a member !" Keep crushing it Kim! ? -Coach Juliana

What do you enjoy most about being a member of The CircHIIT?

I love the energy and the environment. I love that we do not just workout on our own, but together!

How/when did you get involved with The CircHIIT? I used to just watch YouTube videos and workout at home doing HIIT and yoga. It then occurred to me that working out at the gym makes a way lot more of a difference.

How did you feel after your first workout at The CircHIIT? I felt that I finally found the gym that I wanted to join! I was looking at a few, but The CircHIIT was the most promising one!

What do you enjoy most about The CircHIIT? The adrenaline, mix-up workouts and the pace. It never gets old!

What is your favorite station and movement at The CircHIIT? I love the TRX station! The planking and mountain climbers!

What is your least favorite stations/ movement at The CircHIIT? I do believe that my weaknesses are the cardio stations, but I’d still do them for sure!

What motivates you? I love working out in a group. It just makes me more motivated and that shows my competitiveness. At the end of the workout, we all did great!

How has The CircHIIT changed you? This has been my stress reliever. Being a student, a mom, and an employee!

What were your goals when you started this journey? I don’t look at it to lose weight any longer. It can be a part of it, but the most important thing for me is to be fit and healthy.

What are your goals for the upcoming year? I want to keep the pace up and just enjoy every class I attend like always!

Do you have any advice for new members? It is going to be difficult in the beginning, but pain is just temporary. And it will all be worth it.
