What do you enjoy most about being a member of The CircHIIT?
The community. Instructors and members. Is like a family. Instructors work with members according to their capability, always encouraging to do better and better.
How/when did you get involved with The CircHIIT?
I joined The CircHIIT fall of 2021. The time schedule was perfect for me 5 and/or 6 am. During the pandemic i was doing virtual classes but they came to an end.
How did you feel after your first workout at The CircHIIT?
I felt great! Was glad i was working out with a group again.
What do you enjoy most about The CircHIIT?
That the class is on even with one person.
What is your favorite station and movement at The CircHIIT?
I basically enjoy all of the stations. Favorite movement chest press and deadlifts.
What is your least favorite stations/ movement at The CircHIIT?
I hate wall balls !!
What motivates you?
Try my best to stay strong.
How has The CircHIIT changed you?
Make me realized that i can do it!!
What were your goals when you started this journey?
Improve mobility and gain strength.
What are your goals for the upcoming year?
Get stronger and hopefully do CrossFit again.
