GARRY CHEUNG
Garry is one of my most consistent members to date. From circHIIT days to the dark side ( CrossFit ), Garry has shown a great deal of progress while aiding to a shoulder injury. His perseverance and consistency with coming in early to stretch, crushing the bike erg in every workout and picking up little cues to help excel in major lifts like the bench and snatch is awesome and amazing to see as a coach. He’s super coachable, knows how to train “smarter “ not harder, and just is a vibrance of joy when he enters the gym. It’s why he’s been so successful and it’s why he’s earned athlete of the month. Cheers to the fighting Irish dog himself ! -Coach Matt
