"Since Noubar joined our community, he has taken his training pretty serious. He works hard during class, is always willing to learn, and pushes the people around him. What do you enjoy most about being a member of CrossFit Middle Village? 

I started abroad with Functional fitness five years ago and signed up with MVCF after I came back to the US. It is a great gym to work out in, and the coaches and the community they have built here are great. I have met many great people in my six months here.

How/when did you get involved in CrossFit?

What was your first CrossFit workout? How did you feel afterwards?

I don’t remember my first workout at MVCF, but I distinctly remember how I felt my legs the first two or three weeks.

What do you enjoy most about CrossFIt? 

At MVCF I was helped develop a much more focused and efficient approach to working out and I feel that I have significantly improved on my form. 

What is your favorite WOD or Lift?What is your least favorite WOD or Lift? 

Any WOD that includes lots of running is my favorite, and my least favorite lift (this week) is the over-head squat, but I will beat it

What were your goals when you started this journey ?

I started working out for the most obvious reasons lose weight, improve my health and gain muscle

What are your goals for the upcoming year? 

I intend to further improve on my form and mobility in the upcoming months.

Do you have any advice for new members? 

If I can give an advice to new members it would be to go at their own pace and remember that everyone is hurting it is not just them because they are new.
