"Hassan has been named Athlete of the Month at The CircHIIT, a testament to his dedication and relentless hard work. He consistently accepts and applies his coaches' advice, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement. His efforts have paid off significantly, as he has lost over 30 pounds and continues to push himself to become even better. Hassan's journey is an inspiration to everyone at The CircHIIT, showcasing the remarkable results of perseverance and discipline. What do you enjoy most about being a member of The CircHIIT? The positive atmosphere, everyone is very welcoming . The coaches are great, they really push you to reach the best version of yourself . 

 How/when did you get involved with The CircHIIT? About a year ago my sister recommended I try some classes,  at first I was a bit skeptical about joining due how long it had been since I worked out . I finally gave in ,  it’s been a game changer for me ever since. 

How did you feel after your first workout at The CircHIIT? I felt exhausted and very sore but instantly challenged to be better for the next session.   

What do you enjoy most about The CircHIIT? 

The community , you feel part of a team that’s focused on hard work and self improvement everyday . No one judge’s anyone , everyone is very supportive.

What is your favorite station and movement at The CircHIIT?

My favorite station is the fitbench. My favorite movements are ball slams and push press.  

What is your least favorite stations/ movement at The CircHIIT? 

The rower.

What motivates you?

How I feel after a workout and the results I’m beginning to see . 

How has The CircHIIT changed you?

I feel faster and stronger , I’m challenging  myself to new things I didn’t think that I could do before.

What were your goals when you started this journey? 

To lose weight,  gain strength and mobility and Improve my overall health.

What are your goals for the upcoming year? 

To continue to get stronger and increase endurance . 

Do you have any advice for new members?

Do not give up on yourself, get comfortable with being uncomfortable ,  there’s another version of you waiting on the other side .
