What do you enjoy most about being a member of CrossFit Middle Village? 

One of my most enjoyable moments about Crossfit Middle Village is the family atmosphere and how everyone is there to help and motivate each other.

How/when did you get involved in CrossFit? 

I joined CrossFit in May of 2021 not only to better my physical health but also my mental health as well.

What was your first CrossFit workout? How did you feel afterwards? 

My first workout was front barbell squats and I thought I was going to lose my legs from the muscle aching. HAHA!

What do you enjoy most about CrossFIt?

I enjoy the feeling I get after finishing a successful workout and leaving the gym ready to tackle the day.

What is your favorite WOD or Lift? 

Honestly I enjoy every WOD for the different things each one one offers to my workouts.

What is your least favorite WOD or Lift?

I can't say that I have a least favorite. There are some more challenging than others but all offer something different.  

What motivates you? How has CrossFit changed you?

Looking at myself in the mirror and seeing my progress day to day is what motivates me. CrossFit has changed me by giving me the tools and support I need to be the best ME.. 

What were your goals when you started this journey ? 

My goals were to just better my health and my physical body as much as possible.

What are your goals for the upcoming year?

My goals for the upcoming year is to push harder. 

Do you have any advice for new members? 

My advice to a new CrossFit member is to not give up and to always push and stride for more.
