What do you enjoy most about being a member of CrossFit Middle Village? 

I enjoy the fact that we are a community where the coaches and members push and cheer for each other no matter what. 

How/when did you get involved in CrossFit? 

Started CrossFit in October 2021 because I wanted to switch it up, push myself and live a healthy and fit lifestyle.

What was your first CrossFit workout? How did you feel afterwards?

Oh boy… it was snatches. I doubted myself and didn’t think I could do it, but I gained a sense of confidence in the movement after the workout. 

What do you enjoy most about CrossFIt?

I enjoy that it pushes me and gets me out of my comfort zone. I take each workout as a challenge and I focus and push myself. 

What is your favorite WOD or Lift? 

Pull ups/Push ups are my favs and most gymnastics. 

What is your least favorite WOD or Lift?.  


What motivates you? How has CrossFit changed you? 

My drive to be healthy physically, mentally and emotionally -  a better version of myself than I was yesterday. CrossFit has helped me be more bullish and not doubt myself in anything. 

What were your goals when you started this journey ? 

To challenge myself, get fit and change my body.

What are your goals for the upcoming year? 

Push myself to be stronger mentally and physically… and to possibly do the “C” word. Don’t tell the coaches ;-)  

Do you have any advice for new members? 

Come with an open mind and be embraced by a family here no matter your skill level. The support you’ll get from members and coaches is amazing.
