"I absolutely love coaching Jheily. She used to get really nervous and would give me a look that asked "coach are you sure" when I asked her to add weight or go heavier, and I LOVED the smile she would give after she performed the movement at the suggested new weight. She didn't realize realize just how strong she was!! That look of nervousness is starting fade, being replaced with confidence. Not only has she become physically stronger but mentally as well. It was push up, I felt tired.

It changed my life in a good way now I’m more active and I not playing video games
