What do you enjoy most about being a member of CFMV?
I enjoy the community at CFMV and that everyone is willing to help and cheer you on.
What do you enjoy most about CF?
I enjoy doing different workouts and learning new movements that I never thought I could do.
When did you start CF?
I started CF about 2 years ago with my friend, Ava Pittari.
What was your first CF workout? How did you feel after?
My first CF workout was a WOD and after I felt really good and energized.
What is your favorite movement?
My favorite movement is anything that deals with weight lifting, especially deadlifts and back squats.
What is your favorite game?
My favorite game is plank wars.
How had CF changed you?
CF has made me a stronger person and boosted my endurance.
What were your goals when you started?
When I started my goals were to become more fit and stronger.
What are your goals for this year?
My goals for this year is to continue to come to class, get even stronger, and be more healthy.
