NATASHA CURTIN 

Natasha has been a member of The CircHIIT for about a year now. I remember our first conversation and her need to join a facility that fulfilled her every expectation. She was a runner but couldn't really run anymore and she had been a part of some really kick-ass programs so I knew we had provide a workout that would not only meet but exceed her expectations. Happy to say WE DID THAT and have been lucky enough to have her grow as a athlete with us for the last year. She crushes her workouts. Comes in ready to attack whatever the programming is for that day. She is determined to push through all her workouts and has been consistent since Day 1. The pandemic never slowing her down either! She is in incredible shape and just a beautiful person inside and out. Grateful to have her as a part of our community. Congrats Natasha for being named our Athlete of the Month...you earned it girl!

What do you enjoy most about being a member of The CircHIIT?

CircHIIT is an amazing community of motivated individuals. From the coaches who push us to be the best we can, to the owners, who understand how important exercise and health is and make the workouts different everyday to the members, who are always there to motivate and inspire each other.

How/when did you get involved with The CircHIIT?

I developed Plantar Fasciitis and cannot run long distances, so the gym that I was at was no longer an option for me. CircHIIT was a place I passed everyday. January 2019, I decided to walk in and see what it was all about and I haven't looked back.

How did you feel after your first workout at The CircHIIT? 

SORE! But amazing. I like a workout that pushes me, even though I hate it at the time, I know I always feel amazing afterwards.

What do you enjoy most about The CircHIIT? 

What I enjoy the most is the different workouts we get everyday. I have been a member for a year now, and I don't think I have done the same workout twice.

What is your favorite station and movement at The CircHIIT?

Favorite station is the Fitbench. That little box doesnt look like much, but there are so many different movementsw that Julia comes up with on it to torture (I mean build strenght on)!

What is your least favorite stations/ movement at The CircHIIT?

Least favorite station is the Rower! I have a love/hate relationship with it - I hate when I’m on it, and love when it's over!

What motivates you?

Being strong. Knowing that I am healthy, that I can do all the things I need to do during my day and feel good doing them.

How has The CircHIIT changed you?

I walked into CircHIIT thinking I was fit enough - CircHIIT has not only shown me that I am, but that I can keep getting stronger. I have more muscle definition, I have more endurance and best of all I feel amazing.

What were your goals when you started this journey ?

My goals at the beginning were to maintain and improve on the strength that I had. CircHIIT has given me that and so much more. Everyday the program is designed to workout legs or arms or  whole body - it is the best feeling in the world knowing that your gym has your workouts designed with these intentions so that I don't have to worry about them - I simply just show up!

What are your goals for the upcoming year?

To continue to work on strengthening my body. I can see the definition of muscles and how toned I am getting and that only motivated me to continue.

Do you have any for new members?

My favorite saying is: Being unhealthy is hard, being healthy is hard, choose your hard. My advice to ANYONE who is unhappy with their health/strength/feelings of being sluggish or tired is to come into CircHIIT and just try ONE class, then, remember how good you felt afterwards - that feeling will keep you coming back everyday. Julia and Chris (the owners) know fitness and they will give you everything you need - just show up.
