What do you enjoy most about being a member of CFMV?

The thing i enjoy the most about being a member of CFMV is the supportive community ! Every time I want to give up or I say I can't do it, there are friends and coaches cheering me on. I made a ton of friends through workouts and partner work and they are so respectful, they do not make fun of how advanced you are, they just want to workout and have a great time with you.

What do you enjoy most about CF?

I enjoy the workouts a lot during crossfit. They always make me sweat and make me work very hard but they are fun and creative and teach us perseverance.

When did you start CF?

I started CF in the beginning of september, 2019

What was your first CF workout?  How did you feel after?

My first workout was a 30,20,10 workout ( I forgot the name ) but we had to do 3 rounds of specific movements going from 30 to 10 times each round. For a week I could not walk straight and all my muscles hurt.

What is your favorite movement?

My favorite movement/ skill are max height box jumps. I love the feeling of jumping heights you never thought you would jump and even the feeling of falling that will just make you work harder and harder to accomplish your goal.

What is your favorite game?

My favorite game has to be Tic Tac toe . This is a perfect way to get your adrenaline kicking in before class because of the feeling you want to win and waiting for your turn to run with the medicine ball and make a move.

How had CF changed you?

CF has changed me because it helps me release my feelings and thoughts into sweat and making me work harder and harder. Also, the support I have in Crossfit is one that I have never gotten. The support that i get in Crossfit make me work harder and be more positive.

What were your goals when you started?

My main goal in the beginning of the year was to meet new friends and to become stronger and have more endurance in crossfit so I could get a better mile time in my other activity Cross Country.

What are your goals for this year?

My goals for this year is to welcome new members in crossfit as how the previous members before me have welcomed me, to get my pull up, and to beat coach Ag in the number of rounds completed in the CF Open.
