KIDS:
Warm Up – This or That
Skill – Thrusters/High Plank Taps
WOD - 2 min AMRAP
6 Thrusters
6 High plank taps
12 x Star jumps (Teens - jumping jacks)
Followed by 1 min of rest.
Repeat 2 times.
TEENS:
Warm Up: 3x
20 air squats
20 Hand release push ups
20 second plank
For the WOD, do double the reps.
Repeat the AMRAP 4 times so the workout will be a total of 12 minutes! Start the workout where you left off in the previous 2 min.
* Kids - air thrusters Teens - can use dumbbells, cans, jugs, water bottles
